Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a courteous Bell Attendant dedicated to exceptional guest service in the lobby and front areas. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate with the Front Office and Valet to ensure smooth escorting and efficient handling of luggage and personal items.

The role emphasizes building guest connections, offering local recommendations, and representing the Hyatt brand with a welcoming presence in downtown Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of bell stand service.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including overnight and afternoon shifts with weekend and holiday availability.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing exemplary service in lobby.
• Offering assistance and delivery of luggage to and from guest room.
• Unloading of luggage into and out of vehicle.
• Assisting with luggage storage, package handling and delivery.
• Amenity delivery and set up.
• Assisting with restaurant and transportation recommendations.
• Providing guest services upon request.
