Qualifications

• At least one year of hotel or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to meet guest requests promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including valet and shuttle bookings.
• Respond to guest inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Support the team by anticipating needs and fostering collaboration.
