• Know drink recipes, prices, and beverages available.
• Handle cash accurately and operate MICROS or registers; manage tipping policies.
• Greet guests and respond to requests; resolve complaints.
• Receive liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years.
• Assist at the front desk with phones, guest check-in/out, service recovery, and guest requests.
