Job summary

Kana Hotel Group is seeking a professional Bartender to greet guests, prepare beverages, and ensure excellent guest service at our bar. You will manage a cash drawer, verify IDs for alcohol service, and maintain bar inventory and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders from guests or restaurant servers.
• Mix drinks and cocktails per company standards.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol.
• Handle assigned house bank and follow cash procedures.
• Collect payment and balance receipts for drinks served.
• Ensure bar area is stocked and clean with needed tools.
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies.
• Serve snacks or food items at the bar when appropriate.
• Provide information on resort activities, dining options, and local information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
