Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred: restaurant, retail or guest service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and hand-crafted beverages.
• Maintain the look and feel of a well-run store—clean, organized and welcoming.
• Assist guests with orders, take payment and handle cash according to policies.
• Follow Caribou standard operating procedures for beverage prep and food offerings.
