Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service by building relationships and anticipating needs.
• Craft and serve Caribou beverages to spec.
• Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Move between barista and guest service roles to support the team.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and uphold sanitization standards.
• Think ahead to future guest and team needs and act accordingly.
• Support leadership and collaborate with teammates to deliver the Caribou experience.
