You will develop personal relationships with guests, upsell with product knowledge, and support a clean, welcoming store environment while working across barista and guest service roles. Must be 16+ and flexible to mornings/evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Preferred: restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary Guest Service by developing friendly relationships with guests.
• Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Collaborate across team roles to meet guest needs.
