Qualifications

• Food handlers and TABC licenses required or ability to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Ability to memorize recipes.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular attendance and punctuality in uniform.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests in a welcoming manner.
• Prepares beverages according to recipes to maintain consistency.
• Serves coffee, other beverages, ice cream, pastries.
• Operates a POS (TOAST) system and handles cash.
• Memorizes menu and can recommend items to guests.
• Takes customer orders with attention to details and customizations.
• Maintains cleanliness of workstation and surrounding areas.
• Maintains stock of cups, utensils and ingredients.
• Wears required uniform and adheres to grooming policies.
• Acts professionally and communicates with guests in view of others.
• Collaborates with team and supervisors; follows procedures and standards.
