The Gathery in Bellville, TX is seeking a friendly Barista to welcome guests and craft a variety of espresso drinks. You’ll take orders, explain the menu, and keep the counter clean while delivering fast, attentive service. A passion for coffee and guest satisfaction is essential.

We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting. Some shifts may require standing for extended periods and food-safety awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• ServSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a smile and great attitude

• Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex
• Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
• Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
• Maintain a clean work environment
