Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Takes guest orders & cash drawer, following cash handling policies.
• Maintains store cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards.
• Works as a reliable team member and supports leaders as needed.
