Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Team Member to deliver day-making guest experiences and world‑class beverages in a fast-paced setting. You will smile, listen, and connect with guests, while maintaining store standards and helping the team succeed.

Requirements include being at least 16 years old and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays. Prior restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, and a friendly attitude goes a long way in our herd.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal relationships with guests.
• Hand‑crafts beverages to order
• Heats, prepares, and serves food offerings
• Takes guest orders & manages cash drawer
• Maintains the store cleanliness and organization
• Fulfills all team member roles as needed
• Brings Caribou's core values to life in interaction with guests
