Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Preferred: restaurant, retail or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests and anticipating needs.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings to standards.
• Floats between barista and guest service, fulfilling all team roles as needed.
• Takes guest orders and manages cash drawer, following cash handling policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.
