Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable guest experience.
• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Check backs to ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Keep tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized.
• Listen and respond to customer complaints.
• Perform setup, cleanup/breakdown procedures as assigned by manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
