Job summary

The Bellagio is hiring a Baggage Handler - Front Services to join MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas. You will contribute to guest experience by managing luggage flow and delivering friendly service in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of guest services experience.
• Experience with baggage or valet systems preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the baggage compound by collecting bags from belt systems.
• Organize bags into designated grids according to luggage tags and retrieve upon request.
• Assist with handling luggage for hotel groups, ensuring prompt delivery and retrieval.
• Deliver courteous guest service aligned with MGM Resorts standards.
