Job summary

Irvine Company Retail Properties is hiring for a Guest Services Associate at our Irvine Spectrum Center and Fashion Island locations. The role focuses on world-class guest service, including welcoming guests, providing information and directions, and handling reservations and ticket sales.

Responsibilities cover attractions operations, cash handling, gift cards, and adhering to safety and operating guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree or GED.
• Cash handling and guest interactions experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests with a smile.
• Provide world-class guest service in person and on the phone.
• Maintain knowledge of property and its stores, restaurants, and events.
• Ensure proper cash handling and gift card procedures are followed.
• Remain compliant with operating guidelines including uniform/grooming standards.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous operation of attractions and related duties.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned or requested.
