SpringHill Suites Dallas Downtown/West End is seeking a House Attendant to keep public areas sparkling and assist guests with a smile. This full-time role supports the housekeeping team, setting up events, and delivering top-tier service with an eagle eye for detail.

You will be the behind-the-scenes hero, greeting guests warmly, assisting in special events, and backing up the housekeeping crew with a proactive, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shine Specialist: Maintain top-tier sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment, ensuring everything sparkles.
• Guest Experience First Responder: Respond quickly to guest requests with a friendly attitude, delivering items and service.
• Event Support Extraordinaire: Assist in setting up meeting rooms and events, ensuring details are in place.
• Safety & Security Steward: Safeguard sensitive areas and practice safe work habits to prevent injuries.
