Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a friendly Club Attendant to greet guests, assist owners, and maintain Club Solitude areas. You will monitor cleanliness, follow safety rules, and provide exceptional customer service in a seasonal, part-time setting.

The role requires strong verbal communication, reliability, and the ability to multi-task, with duties including pool/hot tub chemical checks, key encoding, and guest support.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including holidays/weekends.
• Punctual, reliable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of customer service standards and Solitude policies.
• Organized with attention to detail and able to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist owners in Club Solitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of Club Solitude areas.
• Monitor pool and hot tub chemical levels and report maintenance needs.
• Assist maintenance with chemical handling when needed.
• Encode and manage owner/employee keys per policy.
• Issue temporary real estate key cards following procedures.
• Ensure SVMA rules and safety policies are followed.
