Job summary

HRI Hospitality in Dallas is seeking a dedicated House Attendant/Houseman to support Room Attendants and engage guests during each shift. You will keep lobby and public areas clean, assist with laundry, and work with the team to ensure a welcoming environment.

This full-time, AM shift role requires a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to communicate professionally in English. Opportunities for growth exist within a hospitality-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby, hallways, restrooms, and public areas.
• Clean surrounding areas, remove debris, water plants.
• Interact warmly with guests in public areas and during requests.
• Report lost and found items immediately per procedures.
• Coordinate with team to complete daily tasks.
• Return equipment and keys at shift end.
• Work safely to prevent injuries to self, staff, or guests.
• Maintain housekeeping closets and hotel facilities.
• Assist with laundry: load/unload linen, folding, storage.
• Stock linen and supplies in closets.
• Identify hazards and report to manager.
• Maintain control of issued keys.
• Communicate effectively with associates to finish tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
