Job summary

HRI Hospitality is seeking a House Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and look of our hotel environments. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure guest areas, hallways, and public spaces meet high standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires physical stamina to lift/move items up to 75 lbs, strong attention to detail, and reliable teamwork. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus, with independent work ability encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; restock linen closets as needed.
• Deliver clean linens, supplies, and amenities to room attendants.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms and lobby areas.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and guest items when necessary.
• Operate housekeeping carts and equipment safely.
• Respond to guest and team requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
