Job summary

Chasing Aces Golf in Bossier City, LA, seeks a full-time Front Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage check-ins and reservations, and set a positive tone for every visit. You’ll be the first contact and play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience at our Troon-affiliated venue.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to handle cash and electronic payments. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
• Positive attitude and ability to engage with guests of all ages.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, engaging welcome.
• Assist with check-in, including managing waitlists and reservations.
• Explain gameplay options, membership programs, and pricing.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate estimated wait times and direct guests accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized check-in area.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding venue activities, menu offerings, and policies.
• Work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure a seamless experience.
• Uphold service and hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
