Waterford Hotel Group in Florida is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to provide outstanding guest service, greet guests, explain menu offerings, take orders, and ensure a superior dining experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with every customer.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or hotel services.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them in the POS system.
• Maintain a presentable food display and make necessary additions/changes.
• Perform opening & closing duties and running side work during your shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and service area.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food, and service; respond to requests promptly.
• Process payments, present checks, and handle transactions.
• Work with the team to ensure smooth operation across service periods.
• Be available to cover shifts as directed by the supervisor.
