Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties including stocking and organizing items, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, washing dishes, restocking supplies, and securing storage areas.
• Set up, stock, and maintain workstations to support efficient food service and kitchen operations.
• Run food to guests, ensuring orders are accurate, properly presented, and delivered promptly.
• Assist servers, team members, and guests to provide exceptional customer service and support smooth restaurant operations.
• Inspect china, glassware, silverware, and serving utensils for cleanliness and presentation, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, service, and dining areas throughout each shift.
