Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a House Attendant responsible for maintaining and cleaning assigned areas and delivering items to guestrooms. You will help ensure guest satisfaction through meticulous cleaning, safety awareness, and courteous service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Effective communication with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in the public areas.
• Shampoo furniture as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to hotel standards.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in all emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
• Maintain storage of hotel equipment in proper area.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
