The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training provided and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and engage positively with travelers.
• Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Follow proper food handling procedures: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services available.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
