ApplegreenUSA is seeking a Team Member for a full-time role at our travel plazas in Edison, NJ. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions, stock and clean, and assist in preparing and serving food.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling: wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Assist with kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
