Job summary

K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Colorado. The role is hourly, non-exempt and reports to the Store Manager. You will provide excellent customer service, handle sales at the register, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory and shift closings.

The position requires basic math, reliable attendance, and the ability to work with customers and team members in a fast-paced retail environment. Full-time and part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred).
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary, courteous customer service and handle complaints quickly and tactfully.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining rapport.
• Process all sales on cash register; handle cash and other payments; follow cash handling procedures.
• Operate POS and related equipment; perform basic arithmetic.
• Maintain site cleanliness and perform basic upkeep of equipment.
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct shift closeouts.
• Notify management of dishonesty; follow vendor check-in procedures.
• Comply with all policies; attend required trainings and meetings.
