Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Marion, Kentucky store. The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions at the cash register, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and keeping the store clean and organized.

You will ensure a friendly, safe environment and provide excellent customer service while supporting store operations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment during interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
