Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Guest Services Associate for part-time work (25 hours or less per week). You will provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience, greet Guests warmly, and assist with shakes, malts, cones and beverages.

You will also operate the POS, manage gas sales, stock merchandise, and keep the store clean and safe. The position requires customer communication skills, basic arithmetic, and the ability to lift up to 21 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment and identify documents.
• Ability to tolerate temperature exposure and lift up to 21 pounds for stocking and operation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience from greeting to fulfillment.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cones, and other dipside items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots and freezers; rotate stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Record time and complete required documentation.
