SP+ Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Truckee, CA. You will greet guests entering or exiting the facility, collect valet parking fees using modern software, and answer phones with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role is non-exempt with an hourly wage of $22.00–$23.00 and includes eligibility for medical, dental, vision, 401k, and PTO benefits. Must be 18+, able to work outdoors and stand for extended periods, and present a neat appearance.

Qualificações

• Ability to smile, acknowledge, greet and extend a warm welcome to each customer.
• Ability to maintain high standard of cleanliness of work area, personal appearance, organization, etc.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Collect valet parking fees using latest technology and parking software.
