Schulte Hospitality Group is hiring a Guest Service representative (FT) at the Marriott Nashville Airport. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, and provide excellent service while maintaining cash handling and front desk operations standards.

Formación

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with personal recognition on arrival.
• Answer phones within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer.
• Count cash and manage bank drops per cash handling procedures.
• Keep front desk area neat and organized.
• Assist with lobby activations and guest data handling.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and gather IDs and payment methods.
