What You’ll Be Doing

As a Confectionary Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store operates smoothly while maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere Kilwins is known for. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to.

• Leading and supporting team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Overseeing the preparation of our signature treats, such as fudge, chocolates, caramel apples, and waffle cones.
• Ensuring product quality and consistency by following Kilwins’ time-honored recipes and techniques.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking to keep the store running efficiently.
• Providing hands‑on guidance and training to team members to uphold Kilwins’ standards of excellence.
• Preparing and hand‑crafting chocolates, fudge, and other confections using time‑honored techniques.
• Ensuring every product meets Kilwins’ exceptional quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support food safety and production efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for leadership and a love for all things sweet. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail, food service, or a similar environment.
• Full availability year around!
• Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage a team and daily operations.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• A willingness to learn and master Kilwins’ classic confectionery techniques.
