The Nemours Foundation is hiring a Casual Guest Services Representative to join the Nemours Estate team in Wilmington, DE. The role involves interacting with guests, processing admissions, and sharing historical information.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process sales for admissions and passes using the POS system.
• Promptly answer phone calls and retrieve messages.
• Share historical information about Nemours Estate.
• Act as a liaison with staff to promote positive guest experience.
• Provide transportation for guests using a golf cart.
• Assure smooth arrival and departure for large bus groups.
• Attend required staff meetings and trainings.
• Complete annual trainings as required.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
