Nemours welcomes you to join our team as a Patient & Family Representative (Finance) at the Welcome Center. This full-time role is often the first point of contact for patients and families arriving for care, shaping the initial impression of Nemours Children’s Health in Delaware.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, with responsibilities spanning front desk operations, admissions support, and information provision about services inside and outside the hospital.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families entering the main lobby of the hospital building through staffing at the front desk (outpatient and atrium) and Welcome Center.
• Completes inpatient visitor badging process to ensure patient and associate safety.
• Keep families comfortable in Welcome Center, including during the bed assignment process, etc.
