Job summary

Nemours Estate in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Casual Guest Services Representative to join our public garden and historic home team. The role handles daily admissions, provides courteous information to visitors, and supports a positive Nemours brand experience.

The schedule is approx. 12–24 hours per week across 2–4 shifts, with main shift 9am–5pm. Candidates must have excellent customer service, a valid driver’s license, and weekday availability including some holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Process admissions and ticket sales using a POS system.
• Promptly answer phone calls and messages with courtesy.
• Share historical information about Nemours Estate to visitors.
• Coordinate with drivers, interpreters, gardeners, housekeeping and other staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Provide transportation via golf cart for guests (Driver's License Required).
• Greet large bus groups at the Group Tour Center and assist with arrivals and departures.
