LIVunLtd and Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics in Huntersville, NC are seeking energetic Guest Services Associates to welcome members and guests, support membership sales, and help keep the facility running smoothly.

Roles include greeting members, registering new ones, and handling inquiries with a positive, can-do attitude. Flexible hours include weekdays and weekends in a friendly fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly and effectively.
• Must have excellent customer service and a friendly attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.
• Team player with good verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to obtain CPR/first aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in members and guests warmly.
• Register members and prospective members for programs.
• Enter data accurately into membership tracking system.
• Develop membership sales leads via local outreach.
• Support membership retention and growth initiatives.
• Answer phone calls, requests, and questions promptly.
