Job summary

Target is seeking team members in Tupelo to provide a friendly and efficient guest experience at the General Merchandise area. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and help ensure shelves are replenished and correctly signed.

Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, withstand a fast-paced environment, and support team members across departments during peak times.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture experience.
• Retail fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process improvements.
• Ability to execute daily/weekly workload to support goals.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience across the store.
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Restock shelves, set up merchandise, manage pricing and signs for GM areas.
• Support cashiers and digital fulfillment processes as needed.
