Job summary

You will work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, stay focused in a fast-paced retail setting, and learn Target procedures to ensure product availability and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments
• Greet guests and assist with finding items or resolving issues
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, merchandise setup and maintenance, pricing activities and signage for GM areas
• Operate power equipment if certified
• Learn and execute operational procedures affecting inventory, store profitability and product availability
• Follow Target policies and safety procedures and maintain a safe workplace
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
