Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated Front Office associate to join our team. This dual role combines Front Desk Agent duties with select Night Auditor shifts, supporting daily hotel operations and ensuring financial accuracy.

Experience with Marriott properties is preferred; availability to work weekends and holidays is required. You will deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to a friendly, efficient guest experience across front office operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
• Self-motivated with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Strong guest service and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations.
• Ability to interact with guests with tact and diplomacy.
• Able to stand and move throughout the front office while performing essential duties.
• Proficient in using computer systems to enter and retrieve information.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, enter/retrieve information in the system, confirm guest details and room rates, assign rooms, code electronic keys, promote marketing programs, provide welcome packets, and guide guests to their rooms.
• Assist guests with check-out by ensuring rooms/services are posted, process payments, convert currency, and handle gift certificates.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, packages, promotions, and local area; respond to guest inquiries.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and politely.
