Job summary

Surfsand Resort in Cannon Beach, Oregon, is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative for our Front Desk to create memorable stays through genuine hospitality and personalized service. This on-site, full-time role offers an $18.50 hourly wage and the chance to grow within a premier oceanfront resort.

You will greet guests, assist with reservations, payments, and billing, and collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions, provide recommendations, and assist guests with requests throughout their stay.
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and billing transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate guest records while following resort policies and procedures.
