Job summary

Maverick-Nv-LL is seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to greet guests, operate PBX, handle reservations, register and assign rooms, and manage guest payments. You will respond to inquiries, provide wake-up calls, and maintain occupancy knowledge to support smooth hotel operations.

The role requires dependable customer service, multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, and data-entry skills. E-Verify or DHS-related conditions are not applicable here; benefits vary by employer.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or other similar customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform duties with detail, speed, accuracy and courtesy.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Data entry and 10 key experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service and assist guests and teammates, handling diverse situations.
• Issue room keys and collect payment for rooms.
• Book guest reservations by phone or in person.
• Handle shift paperwork and front desk banking.
• Assign accommodations per procedures and update occupancy status.
• Answer PBX calls and direct or answer inquiries.
• Set up wake-up calls for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of occupancy and events affecting the reception desk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
