Dave & Buster's in Euless, Texas is seeking a Winner's Circle team member to ensure guests' first impressions are positive and welcoming. You will greet guests with enthusiasm, guide them through the Midway experience, and help create a fun, fast-paced atmosphere.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to work days, nights and weekends, and a willingness to handle multiple tasks such as assisting guests, recommending items, stocking merchandise, processing tickets, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and guide Guests through the Midway experience.
• Greet Guests with enthusiasm and assist with requests and recommendations.
• Assist with merchandise stock, tickets and displays; notify management of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle and surrounding areas.
• Support team members and foster a cooperative work environment.
