Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, prepare food items, and manage payments at the register. You will ensure clean, well-stocked stores and assist with age-restricted product verification, while contributing to a friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas while keeping the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
