Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive top-notch guest experiences while completing store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the point of sale, ensure cash, lottery and tobacco levels comply with standards, and support daily store operations.

This role requires flexible hours including day, nights, weekends or holidays, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and ascend/descend ladders.
• Basic computer skills; ability to read/write for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels per policy.
• Perform store housekeeping and replenish products to keep in stock.
• Communicate guest needs to management and assist vendors as needed.
• Support onboarding for new hires when required.
