Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a friendly Guest Service Associate to provide an outstanding shopping experience and support store operations.

You will greet guests, handle POS transactions, maintain cash accuracy, replenish products, and assist with safety, security, quality and store policies. The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 25 lbs. Virtual or in-person interviews will occur during the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate the POS and handle cash, lottery, tobacco per policy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to count, read and write to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping and stocking duties.
• Communicate guest needs to management and assist vendors.
• Check in vendors and conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
