Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Store Associate to be at the heart of our guest experience, helping keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly. You’ll assist at the register or self-checkout and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for internal growth. Previous experience in guest-focused roles is a plus, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety and food-handling rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• May be required to obtain food handler permits depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout.
• Keep shelves stocked and store clean and organized.
• Address guest questions, resolve concerns, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
