Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is hiring a Store Associate in the United States. You will be at the heart of the guest experience, keeping our stores clean, stocked, and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or in progress).
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus.
• A team player who takes the initiative and enjoys working with people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing.
• May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits, depending on state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and teammates with a smile, responding promptly and courteously to both.
• Respond promptly and respectfully to management directions, and be flexible and capable of working in all areas of the store.
• Prepares, handles, and serves food in accordance with safety and quality standards; maintain a clean service area.
• Willing and able to clean all areas of the store while following safety protocols with chemicals.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and backrooms are clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately; handle transactions and provide excellent guest service.
