Job summary
WashU Car Wash is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative in Carol Stream, IL. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, educating guests on wash packages, and promoting memberships, while assisting with daily operations and ensuring a safe, welcoming facility.
We offer flexible schedules, commission opportunities, paid training, and opportunities for advancement as the company grows. Prior hospitality, retail, or service experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Able to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude.
- Educate customers on wash packages, promotions, and membership options.
- Recommend services that best fit each customer's needs.
- Enroll customers in our Unlimited Wash Club.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Direct vehicles safely into the wash entrance.
- Monitor equipment and assist with daily operations.
- Keep the property clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Assist teammates wherever needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
