Job summary

WashU Car Wash is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative in Carol Stream, IL. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, educating guests on wash packages, and promoting memberships, while assisting with daily operations and ensuring a safe, welcoming facility.

We offer flexible schedules, commission opportunities, paid training, and opportunities for advancement as the company grows. Prior hospitality, retail, or service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active.

Responsibilities

Pay: $15-$16 per hour + commission (earning potential of $20+ per hour)

Your Impact

As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who visits our wash. You'll answer questions, recommend services, promote our Unlimited Wash Club, and help ensure our facility operates safely and efficiently.
