Job summary

WashU Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Representative to deliver an outstanding customer experience at our car wash. You’ll greet guests, educate on packages, promote memberships, and help operate the facility with a focus on safety and efficiency.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), paid training, and commission opportunities in addition to an hourly wage of $15–$16. Join a supportive team and grow with us.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or roles involving guest interaction is a plus.
Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.
Willingness to work weekends and holidays when scheduled.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude
Educate customers on wash packages, promotions, and membership options
Recommend services that best fit each customer's needs
Enroll customers in our Unlimited Wash Club
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Direct vehicles safely into the wash entrance
Monitor equipment and assist with daily operations
Keep the property clean, organized, and ready for customers
Assist teammates wherever needed to maintain smooth operations
Resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
