• Processing purchases using cash and card payment systems.
• Guiding vehicles safely into the wash tunnel.
• Monitoring wash operations to deliver a quality experience.
• Keeping vacuum areas, tunnels, and customer spaces clean and organized.
• Completing routine cleaning and general site maintenance.
• Working alongside teammates to maintain a safe, efficient operation.
• Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
